Joan. Don't use a specific rate number target

in advance any more than set numbers far in advance for market highs or lows.

Many good indirect ways to hit the barn in the sense of recognizing pivot points. One tool for rates would be to watch the "cooked" releases of purely ST counter-trend improvement in the economy in the weeks ahead. Soon as that dries up, rates will have peaked and be heading down again.

Could go on and on.<lol> When my two H.S. age sons both hit College, will have the time to do several books I've long planned to write (one or more with co-authors & contributors).

Heck, had an outline for one as early as 1984. But decided my own learning curve had further to go before it'd be something that would be a major contribution to the literature. Otherwise, why waste the time?! With birthday 58 coming up next year, don't have "all the time in the world" anymore.<g>
