Sounds to me like they have a security design problem at this airport. I accidently bypassed security once at an unfamiliar airport. An alarm went off, a light flashed, and a security guard was in my face instantly.

The passenger in Atlanta was a dope, but I bet that airport will now review and revise its security. The incident cost tens of millions of dollars!
