Paul: Thanks for putting Geoff's post which you put on this thread in context. In that light, his post seems much more practical and to the point. Although, I must admit a liking for SanDisk as a possibility (and once owed it) even though I kept my SSTI and sold SNDK. I personally consider neither a gorilla nor potential gorilla, but find embedded flash memory an interesting area for minor investment and watching. (But then I enjoy learning about such technologies and find a minor investment in them keeps my attention. <G>) Best. Cha2
