Anyone that is shorting techs? Do you have an opinion on TER?

Compared to the sector they seem to be one of the lowest on the sales totem pole respective to their historic sales. There are several class action suits recently announced, they announced $400 mill in note sales to tide them over, voted to borrow $200 mil on their hard assets, have a projected 2002 EPS of -$1.00, have significant negative earnings for 3 quarters. Granted to date they have no debt, but they soon will have.

Not tauting, my decision has already been booked this week, but I am starting to wonder what I am missing.
