I had a bolt of lightning strike an overhead boat hoist about 20 ft away from me when I was a teenager. That put the fear of god in me. So now I actually avoid those bolts. But the smell of ozone was quite intense. I am remaining quiet on the ozone thing though. I can understand how you can get some benefit having some around, but I also know that those extra little Os on those O(3) molecules want to react with something. I am not sure that I want to be sucking in big lungfuls of O(3) anymore than I want to be drinking a glass of Hydrogen Peroxide H(2)O(2).
