zeev after looking at just how massively the money pump has been pumping i like more and more your scenario--we have a significant dip in December going towards Holidays,and then a major run to the next warning season ---
wild card--i have been thinking IF Al Queda have ANY bullets left in their terrorist revolver the holidays would be prime----but the lack of any terrorist action thus far gets one tempted into thinking they are out of bullets.
I agree with profile on Anthrax source--it is a male adult loner Unabomber type,and he is not a Moslem.And flight AA587,was not terrorism.Max

Since 1962, the earliest month there has been a bottom during the second year of a Presidential term has been the month of February and that occurred in 1978. This would incorporate ten such cycles.
