What legal maneuvers are you talking about? What has CH done to "terribly frighten" you? His post that initiated your exchange was brief and pleasant.

I would think that if you don't want to see a post to you from someone that it would be best to simply put them on ignore. I don't use ignore that much but if I felt that way about someone I would use it.

If I received a request to not post to someone anymore I'm not sure that I would comply with it because of the existence of the ignore feature. I probably would post to them less, and only as a reply to something that they posted that deserved comment. I would also make a strong effort not to post about them any more esp. in posts to them, and to be polite in any posts I did make to them. And I would not send them any PMs except in reply to a PM from them.
