Yes, when not if. But i would actually like to see a continuation of this market for a couple more years, or maybe have it drift a little higher, before the big turn.

In the meantime we could still see good appreciation on certain select stocks like perhaps BAY, GEO, FGX, NGT, GNG, SUL and the like (actually many more too). i'm not done trying to accumulate on some nice low bids.

That 'Maria bit' was right on! LOL.
