Hi Buckey,

Your in with MTI.b-t @$4.04 for 4,950 shares.

Chart for Microcell Telecommunications, Inc:

stockcharts.com[l,a]djcanimy[dc][pc20!b50!b100!b200!f][vc60][iUb14!Ll14!La12,26,9!Lp14,3,3!Lc20]

From the chart we can see after basing around it's 20EMA for a month, MTI.b broke out last week and gapped up over it's 50MA. The next resistance point is at $7.15 it's 100MA with support @$2.93 it's 20EMA. The chart indicators are all bullish and pointing to further upside. If this stock can form a good base in it's present trading range it should have a good shot at testing it's 100MA. Looks good Buckey.

Good luck with this pick,
Al

Microcell files final prospectus for rights offering

Tuesday Nov 20 2001

Mr. Francois Perreault reports
Microcell Telecommunications has filed a final short form prospectus with the securities commissions of each of the provinces of Canada in connection with its previously announced rights offering to holders of its common shares, Class A non-voting shares and Class B non-voting shares, for minimum gross proceeds to Microcell of approximately $252-million (Canadian).
Microcell will file Form F-7 and Form F-3 registration statements shortly with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission in relation to the rights offering.
Shareholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 26, 2001, will receive one right for every share held. Each right will entitle the holder to purchase 1.77 Class B non-voting shares at a price of $2.05 (Canadian) per share (equivalent to approximately $1.29 (U.S.) per share based on the current exchange rate) prior to the expiry time of 5 p.m. (Montreal time) on Dec. 17, 2001. Rights not exercised before the expiry time will be void and of no value. The rights will be listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange until 12 p.m. (Montreal time) on Dec. 17, 2001.
The estimated net proceeds from the rights offering will be approximately $244.3-million (Canadian). The net proceeds will be used to maintain Microcell's current PCS operations, finance commitments and for general corporate purposes.
