If the merger falls through, CPQ may rise anyway because they are having a good quarter, according to Cappellas.

The merger may be more difficult to stop than the press is willing to point out.Plus the cash input from HWP if it does fall through.

CPQ could be acquired by another company.

We are in a strong tech stock rally that will intensify if Bin Laden is taken out of the picture.

Options are not without risk....In terms of risk..this seems moderate ...

Thanks again...Maybe selling some 10 puts would yield a better return.
