Hi All; I also believe that the earlier drilling problems were due to primitive seismic data and a lack of good 'mud' technology to control the water problems. Certainly the Whiskey Creek well of Starteck/Impact doesn't appear to have pressure problems and Impacts commitment to drill BEA/STF leases is rock solid confirmation of Jack's interpretation of the geology.

On another note I spoke to Pam earlier in the week, she advised that they will not re-install the temporary pipeline for testing. As far as she knows they will go directly into production with no need to test!!! The application before the EUB is for a permanent pipeline, as stated in the 11/09/01 advisory.

Some time after production starts they will be able to issue actual production data! Downside to this is that there will likely be a month long wait after the EUB decision before we get the good news(takes time to build the permanent pipeline and get the well into production.)

Of course we are all getting good at waiting, hopefully oil/gas prices will have firmed up by the time production starts. My only question is, given the dilution and market situation what is the upside potential for BEA/STF?
