"close" has been the word for months now. will they do it this quarter? murphy's law says no. business is hard. the economy is hard. did you see corning lose $5 BILLION ? if you see the fundamentals of a company improving and the shorts bring the price way down, and you still believe in the story, the reason you bought the company in the first place, then it's a gift, take advantage of it and buy more! peter lynch says if the company you bought goes down and you still believe in it, then buy the hell out of it. i certainly think dmx's fundamentals are improving and someday we will see a triple digit stock price (without a decimal point). i grew all my gray hair while pennsaid was in trials. today i just don't feel any fear. we've all been down the path of idiot red tape in day to day life. much of the slowness of dmx to market has been that, mostly things that they could not control. sure someone else in the ceo chair could have done a better job, there's always someone around the corner that can kick your butt at whatever you do. remember there's many out there who would have done a much worse ceo job and caused dmx and our money to go away permanently. have you ever owned a large company like loewen group, whose ceo embezzled money and caused the stock to crash? i have. i sincerely believe that REK is trying as hard as she can to make herself and us all wealthy, and i think she'll do it. jmho.
