this is getting OT, but the one probability you haven't listed for no further attacks is that the guilty party may have accomplished what they were after.

The biggest mystery of mysteries--how did Ms.Nguyen ever get the Daschle letter Anthrax into her lungs??
The fact they have failed to find any spores on her clothing is mind-numbing,for how could she inhale anthrax spores and have none ....

I understood they found Anthrax on the clothing she was wearing when admitted to the hospital.They never found any in a search of her apartment and work place.
There is no doubt that solving her mystery should find the culprit(s).
