Hmm. I rotate arms, legs chest. three times a week, probably going to four. Start with 1/2 mile tread or so then stretch and go to the weights. Then basketball then the Captain's chair and the situps and such. Then more stretch then quit.

When I'm done I'm not hungry but I like a cigar.

I know, it blows everyone elses' mind as well.

Really not losing weight though. Don't care about that anyway, I just feel stronger. I guess if I wanted to lose weight I'd put the Couvousier guy out of business.

Jet offense did not look that great either. Chrebet had a few chances and went cold. Game just went that way.
