The person who posted that link said that it was NA doing it to Taliban.

The point being that the NA is not necessarily any more humanitarian than the Taleban.

I don't have any way of confirming whether the victim is NA or Taleban.

How do you tell? I thought the NA were the ones that were given the fatigues to wear. Haven't seen Taliban wearing army fatigues.

The aggressors appear to be NA. Several are wearing pakoul hats (favored by the NA), and at least one is wearing the type of uniform recently issued to the NA.
