I am reporting in to you that I had a wonderful day, and am now going to go have a wonderful night. Early today I realized that I was watching the sickness on BB the way you watch someone have a fit-- repelled, yet fascinated-- so I turned off SI, worked out, went out shopping, and now am listening to Vivaldi instead of CNN and baking Poet's oatmeal walnut cookies. And they are fantastic. Both Vivaldi and the cookies. Sometimes you just have to order yourself to get back on track very firmly. Off with the bookmarks! On with the pounds. (these are REALLLLLY good cookies)
