Not to nitpick your well stated post, but the American Airlines plane was a euro plane (airbus 300).

This is a CYCLICAL BULL. Certainly not the kind of secular bull we had in the 1980s and 1990s. I agree with Zeev that the market will remain in a broad trading range for a long time experiencing a number of cyclical bulls and bears.

And with the market now fairly valued by the Fed model I doubt we can go up more than another few percent on the S&P 500 before a major correction begins. But I do not think the forthcoming correction will amount to much more than half the rally from the September lows.
