I agree: you are sorry. The 90 second rule has been in effect for years. [D]o they issue press releases on rules "that have been in effect for years." Yes, they do. In nearly every NASD "Notice to Members," there are sections reminding members of their obligations where certain rules and bylaws have been observed, in audits, to be either slipping or for clarification with regard to new regulatory or technological developments. Try again. How about this: if you're that sure, provide a link to the alleged press release introducing this "new" rule from the NASDR website.
