Looks like this release moved the thing from .08 Friday 09/11 to .40 Tuesday 13/11 - pcquote.com ... never heard of this one, which is not surprising since i don't follow much on the otc-bb, you got to watch out down there ... looks like they make switches or something - how many have they sold to arms-length customers? .... a lot of times this sort of suit-threatening behaviour seems to stem from a search for excuses to cover an inability to manage a business ... just my first reaction, i know nothing of the story, that's just the first thing i would suspect in anything like this Which is not to say that i'd presume innocence on the part of the defendants -g- ... but a competent honest committed management who apply themselves to building a business is just going to be less likely to produce headlines like this one .... if you know what i mean? .... ever see Jeffrey's lawsuit thread? .. lots of these sorts of things there - #Subject-28509 I worry about segb, being listed otc-bb ... the games, and the reputation for games of that setup ... but there are actually a number of legitimate businesses listed there, lots of regional banks who don't want to pay the big costs for New York or Nasdaq listings, for instance, and many have been listed otc-bb for years, they have no intention nor need to change that .... there was an article on that somewhere months ago, it surprised me, my previous contact with the bb was in the early days of SI when the pumpers would post up storms running some absolute scammy non-reporting PoS ... but they all have to report now, to stay listed there When do US markets close for their Thanksgiving? ...... cheers [edit] - from the olden days - #reply-6506554 ... macker changed his login back from 'scapegoat', spoiled my song
