Bill, I talked to my neighbors yesterday, they all agreed that BC is going to be a third world country. We have no soft wood, fishing, mining is dead, lot of drugs(downtown Vancouver East side), housing price going down, leaky condo & etc. I am sure that we can blame the previous government for their irresponsible spending... millions on fast ferry etc. The only hope for BC is the high tech sectors...biotech, aerospace and alternate fuel etc. The big oil & gas merger should be good for the oil and gas sectors, our little O & G trusts should be benefit from these actions. I am going to average down again soon. George
