Mr Stevenson. You really must be careful about generalization. I agree with you that I would have liked to see Islamic clergy uproar against Bin Laden. But to generalize and claim that Islam, a faith practiced by about 20% of humanity is intrinsically violent and blood thirsty is wrong, and can only lead to major troubles. The first principle of a racist regime or faction of any kind, is to first demonize and then dehumanize a faith, or a race that they target. That then lower the intrinsic moral barriers we humans have, from committing atrocities against such groups. After all, if the target factions are "less than human", then we do not have to accord them the same rights that "full humans have". That has been done so often in human history, it is sickening. There must be a better way to handle the problems arising form misinterpretation of the Quran by a minority of Muslims. If the Quran is indeed as evil as you claim, than the same is true with Judaism and Christianity, after all, both Christianity and Islam are off shoots of the orignal monotheistic faith born in that part of the world. As I have stated before, selective citing of the holy scriptures, considered holy by both Judaism and Christianity, could paint these two faiths as promoting genocide. Neither are. Zeev
