I wish! Actually, if I HAD traded 10,000 shares (or even 1000), I wouldn't have had the gonads to hang in there below $39.10 or so. I am only trading 100 share blocks for now. If and when I get reasonably decent I'll up the ante. I used to trade up to 5000 shares (never short) of INTEL at a time. That was 1995-7 when all you had to do was hold on if you goofed. I think now it seems that even though the market is somewhat positive as compared to before 9/11, the general "default" mode of AMAT is to pull back from any rise from these levels.
