Basically, that a 20% move off the bottom (I think they are talking Dow....maybe SPX) is their definition of a new bull market....

That's absurd. All bear market rallies are bull markets?! LOL

wait till you see the whites of the bulls eyes. Thanksgiving week is an abrupt low volume week. I expect toping at weeks end ST. Still think intill VIX drops below 25 shorting will be frivilous.
