I agree. Unless there is a manufacturing defect or sufficiently flawed design that under just "the right set of circumstances" could cause a catastrophic failure.

I'm ain't no engineer engineer either<g>, but I've discussed this with Mr. Peel (who is) and he leaning toward either "defect" or inherently flawed design.
