Bernadette du Laundry, the Archdeacon of La Belle Province du Talib Libre (just east of Ontario) has given us the benefit of his revolutionary zeal and wisdom in a recent press conference. Adjusting his Turban carefully he oozed unctuously thusly in Quebec recently: "The freedom of peoples and nations and their character is an indispensable condition for global equilibrium. Otherwise we will go from dominant imperialism and disappointment to deep bitterness. Since the events of Sept. 11, if there is one conclusion to draw in relation to the project of Quebec sovereignty and the sovereignty and liberty of all people, that is it."

He went on to marche dans la merde in this manner: "The future is Catalan or Taliban, To follow our ideal of sovereignty, it's simply contributing to the progress of all humanity."

In other words B. Dirty Laundry means, "Give us our petulant wish or we fly jumbo jets at les edifice Anglais. Mr. Bin Laden has shown us the way."

Bombs away, Bernadette.

So you thought the Taliban and the fr. terroristes were worlds apart? Small worlds.

Funny. If only it was mere satire.
