What part of "best of his ability" do you not understand. The president is under oath to do what id takes. All can disagree on what is required, but the President has taken an oath. Now in that may believe it is totally legal and based upon past practices, the President is authorized. I see clearly the logic and reason. But I also see demo slime doing the lie spin dance to question the president. I am surprised that you cannot make the connection that anything the President does to the best of his ability to defend the Constitution also includes military tribunals. mr. bill sent missiles and killed folks in an aspirin factory and that was legal but stupid.
