Haven't seen these things mentioned in any of the Press Releases: From the most recent 10Q, filed yesterday: "During November, 2001, the Company amicably dissolved its joint venture relationship with Fuller International Development, Ltd. " " During October, 2001 Paul-Emile Desrosiers, Vice President of Operations and Governmental Relations, was named President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. During October, 2001 Andros Savvides resigned as a director of the Company. During October, 2001 William Mango resigned as Chief Operating Officer and a director of the Company"
