NXCD likes or must be selling itself and the market is saying it likes it as this thing ios flying.If you look at the lawsuits Jim they are all answered by the change in the bank requirements being changed in the 3rd quarter by the regulators.

Buyout coming and I bet it is over 2.50/share....

NXCD JIm for the record that news today was the same law firm - They announced the lawsuit 3 times now but word the header differently to make it look like a new suit.

Really should be something illegal about that. If you look at the news list for NXCD almost all firm have at least two NRs
