Gopher, IMO a clean end to this war would trigger a substantial cross-board rally and Intel would be swept up with the rest, over-valued or not. I think our government would be wise to create an expectation "bridge" to the next terrorist country that we will be tackling BEFORE our mission in Afganistan winds down. Public opinion will hold up better to a continued war on terrorism -- rather than one that looks over, and then starts again. Can anyone say "Somalia"? We've got some unfinished business there, and some Rangers with a score to settle. Pravin.
