Maybe Mr. Vinton Cerf realized that Cosine's extremely scalable VPN (SHARC) solution has no competition in the marketplace. He may have also realized that if Tier1 carriers decide to "seamlessly deliver and dynamically provision value-added services at full line rate speeds while supporting thousands of virtual routers and firewalls as well as MPLS and IPSec VPNs for millions of users", they would have no choice but to purchase and deploy Cosine's solution.
