It's not that he isn't living in luxury. He has taken up the rather dangerous mission of leading a religious Jihad against a major super power. That can be called many things but I wouldn't think it is cowardly. Again, I ask you, when a military man makes a kill, do you expect him to wave his arms so the "enemy" can shoot him for his trouble? Osama considers himself a military man. He considers all of us targets, and the enemy. And presumably he'd like to kill a lot more of us. Why on Earth would be make our job easy by letting us kill him easily?
