Don....mostly a lurker here. Interested in your take on the NAZ/NDX divergence now. On JUly 16, 2001 you stated:

<<Now the question how do we spot the main bottom. I feel that the clues will be bullish divergences within the market internals with the NDX taking the
lead, not the small/mid-caps. Concerning the NDX(large HiTECHs) taking the lead, I will be overlapping the the NAZ/NDX charts. When the
divergence between the NAZ/NDX starts to narrow, that may be the hint that the bottom may be set. Of course there will be alot more technical issues
that I will be watching, just mentioning the more important ones. >>

What do you see now?

Thanks in advance for all of your research. Your time and efforts are truly appreciated.

Mac

Just for learning and interest sake. What would it take for those class 1 sells to become negated? The attitude out there sure seems bullish.

Donald,

The weekly signals interest me.
Did the sell signal ring on Friday's close making last week's close a Class 1 Sell (this could mean we should look for THIS week's high as the time to open positions) or are they triggered on daily basis and rang on Monday close, so we should look for next week's highs?

Don, sorry, don't have time to follow this site as much as I used to but I figure you have to have a Class 1 sell on the airlines such as UAL/AMR, which I shorted yesterday. Do you follow those at all? The moves up seem ludicrous to me in light of the fundamentals if nothing else.

Thanks and happy TG to all of you and yours.

Don,

I take it your weekly Class I sells have another day or so before the top should be in (5 trading days from last Monday's close?)?

Hope all is well.

Hey Don,

Sorry to be a pain in the ask today....I always ask questions, I expect to learn something...I got to say you held your cards close to the vest...

Here is an example how I work...here's a chart from 3/12 that turned out fairly well. But, still working and relevant.

If your doing something that will improve my trading I want to know what it is!

I expect to learn from everyone I come in contact with one way or the other!

Best,

Jeff
