I take it that Hal is just noting this. It must be one of many indicators Hal uses to decide to trade.

The Sept 28th buy signal is still intact. Correct?

I thought it (the VIX) might test 22.3, Larry. And the VXN 47.2 or so. We shall see. Only the Shadow knows, and regrettably, he doesn't appear on CNBC. In fact, most of the analysts who do appear on CNBC probably don't have shadows.
