Who is surprised? If the 'coalition' is serious about their govt plans a few misplaced bombs could do wonders for the ego of the NA. Yes they deserve something--- but not everything.

I would bet that they are doing some of that stuff to make "an impression" on the foreign soldiers that are there. They may be trying to put a scare into people, making them think that they are real tough cookies. I wonder if they have ever seen an ear necklace?
