They killed key competitors like eToys and CD Now.

Were these the real key competitors? They were pureplays but the real competition moving in now are existing retailers going dual channel.

LOL "they did end up with excess capacity as the Fed took away the capital" ah, so everything was fine and on track with AMZN until that mean old Mr. Greenspan wrecked it all for them -- Bill, you make denial look easy.
