aceshardware.com has some info on new Sun UltraSparc III, 1.05 GHz: aceshardware.com

SpecInt is almost twice as much as Itanium, but only it only matches roughly P4 1.8 and Athlon MP in "slow" motherboard.

Incidently, AMD lost the highest SpecInt score they held for short time, since IBM posted the score of the Power 4 processor. Here is a quick summary of single CPU SpecInt Peak scores using Aces SPECmine aceshardware.com with the new Ultrasparc scores added manually:

1 1300 POWER4 814
2 1600 Athlon XP 701
3 1000 Alpha 21264C 679
4 2000 Pentium 4 664
...
1050 UltraSPARC III 610
...
7 750 PA-RISC 8700 604
...
14 800 Itanium 365

It does a lot better at SpecFP, but IBM dominates:

1 1300 POWER4 1169
2 1000 Alpha 21264C 960
3 1050 UltraSPARC III 827
4 2000 Pentium 4 734
6 800 Itanium 701
8 1600 Athlon XP 634
9 750 PA-RISC 8700 581
