It is just nonsense, and gratuitous.

So is calling the vile, fanatical, mass murdering fascist religious zealots who use human beings as missiles but happen to also be willing to die themselves in the conflagration 'cowards.'

Skip that adjective, I say. There are plenty that apply.

Actually, to Danes and Norwegians, Swedish jokes are akin to Polish jokes. Been about 15 years since I lived among Danes and Norwegians -- perhaps they've since become more sensitive.
