I am ignoring most of your diatribes because I realize that you have become so emotionally invested in this issue to be unable to discuss it intelligently. But direct lies do need to be addressed. You wrote: "as we know, CH has already, earlier, violated the TOU" That is false. And now, since you have posted how you publicly think I am emotionally tender about this, you should expect your further posting on it to be distressing to me. So I will ask you to refrain from any further posting to or about me on this topic to avoid distressing me. We will see by your actions whether you believe such requests should be honored here on SI.
