Its also that shareholders will have more insight into
why they shouldn't sell if that's what the information
provides.

DMX has been prompt in announcing bad news (HC, euro
adherence to policy), this is a good example of simply
providing information on where we are with a particular
milestone.

Do you remember what was the agreement with Acqua Wellington, What price they are paying for the DMX share and so far how much money has been drawn from that account?
