I'd have been much more impressed if he'd used his millions to buy medicine, teach children to read rather than force them into starvation, build something constructive instead of using his millions to murder innocents. And you feel this is behavior which aids or abets the enemy how, precisely? I'd say it's useful to describe your enemy precisely. I'd say you run more danger of 'aiding and abetting' by categorising him inaccurately, as our tactics will then be misdirected.
