Don't blame the Nvidia people involved. It's the SEC enforcing some wishy washy rules that only punishes innocents. Anybody with smarts and real insder information will get away with insider trading.

The SEC should address real abuses that occur legally or semi legally with what passes for the analyst community. A lot of it is just plain and simple PR operation that engange in front running - only they can't be caught.
