you've got awfully high standards for financial reporting.

When they don't even know what the big issues are -- why quibble about facts?

That journalist should be fired for not checking the facts. NVDA is near its all time high.

Never let the facts get in the way of a good story. People want to hear about insider trading and how they all got rich while the public got shafted. It confirms their inherit prejudice against the wealthy or connected and gives them the reassurance that the game is rigged so they can't succeed. If anything, the story illustrates how people on the inside are continually duped by what they think is superior inside information. The dumbest buy and hold investor on NVDA did better than those insiders did.
