Mazeltov on your erls. What is it you like about PDS again? TIA.

My personal thesis now is we are able to take a logical view on consumer spending and begin, slowly but surely, to short our way to happiness. Builders are good shorts here (TOL LEN BZH etc.); soon retailers will be great shorts (except maybe Walmart and Target), followed by autos, auto suppliers. All this is hinged on the Great American Consumer (looking now, debt drunk and reeling, very much like Argentina) finally coming apart at the seams. There may be quite a few more sectors which will follow and I'm open to suggestions but this is where I am now.

I think we'll look back at this time from a year out and say, "yes, it was all quite clear," in much the same way as Naz 5000 was a house of cards waiting to collapse.
