Hi Mark, Yes, lot of shares outstanding (173M) but float is about 67% (118M)- probably still too high for your blood, but good example why I like to look at float vs. shares outstanding. Also like to look at average volume traded per day vs. float; PRSF trades an average 1.7M shares per day (1.45%) CFLO trades .509M sh/day and (1.73%) - fairly comparable, IMHO. But isn't all this starting to sound like FA? LOL. VTSS finally tanking. Peace and Justice --- Patrick
