RtS, Yes - looking forward to the BtB numbers tonite. The bookings number component of the ratio should tell us a lot about the outlook going forward.

With the SOX about 525 yesterday, you're looking for about a 15 percent pullback. As I am looking at the SOX performance today, it is down about 3.5 percent as I am writing this note - so substantial progress is being made towards meeting your number. All 16 stocks in the index are presently trading down.

RtS, The BtB number is out - looks pretty good, at least better than I thought it might.

The best thing about the number IMO is the 5 percent increase in bookings for October compared to September. Bookings are up and shipments are down giving a BtB of 0.71.

By the way, another couple of days like today and the SOX will be at 450 or below.<gg>
