Jeff have you heard about this one? My Father-In-Law ( they are now living at their lake home in Barns ) was told by a local that the State of Ws is planing on putting meters on all private wells and septic tanks and plans to tax the owners on the usage.

It's almost nutty enough to be true. Wonder if you know anything about it.
