It depends on what you mean by irrelevant. It certainly does not affect our obligation to react with speed and resolve. On the other hand, it is a matter of intrinsic interest, both because it furthers our understanding, but also because it could bear on strategy....As for the title of the thread, it is a matter of the perversity of the proprietor, who changed the name......
