I agree with your views about private court's, but in one regard I do not believe NON citezens should be granted constitutional right's. Why should we have to spend 30 million to prosecute a terrorist whos not a US citezen. As far as your statement

I do not believe that to be a true statement. The USA could be attacked by a Suitcase Nuke or bio weapons. Neither the Japenese or Germans could have attacked the mainland USA with any gusto as the terrorists could now. A nuke of New york financial area and the US is Finnished as is the western economy. FDR trampled on a so-called 5th column that didnt exist.

T, Yeah, the airport security is a bit of a non-linear thinking for Bush. He is still tied to the Republican concept that corporate welfare is more important that public safety. It was the airlines slapping down any active security that got us into this mess. The job has to be taken out of their control.
