I agree about the Legal status part, but that is a big part of the problem. We need to be more carefull about LEGAL Status. There was a big fight when there was a bill to track Forign students by computer. I believe that you are right about Legal residenents but those residents must be tracked and followed. We have eductaed those who wish to destroy us, and Its unbelievably stupid. I heard an Interview from an ARAB Student on 20/20 say "Why should I have to have an ID card, or be tracked?" Why Because 1)YOU ARE NOT A us CITEZEN 2)yOU ARE HERE AS A GUEST. These people think they are entitled to OUR rights. I pay alot of taxes for priveledges. There are many rich who consider the US their playground and have Caymen or Monte carlo as their residence. Citezneship is a priveledge to those who are Taxpayers not to the worlds free loader's. I believe Imagration laws should be made more liberal for citezenship and tougher on Legal alien's.
