I know what <bg> means regarding the amount of money you might cost them: "SI is going downhill, and could be gone after they pay the damages on my suit. <bg>", and I know what a threat to sue is, whether made directly or indirectly, whether made explicitly on legal letterhead or cutely as you did in that post on IHub or without a grin as you did in your first post on IHub on the subject of a suit against SI. So does everybody else so don't bother with "considering something is not a threat." Jeeez, you are shameless. See links below. . I didn't think it was a threat. Sounded to me like something he was mulling over, as rational people will do, and considering his options... Why is it that you seem to think you always know what is in others minds.....???? I take CH at his word. Unless you know for sure you are right, I think you ought to drop it.... JLA
